Tape-Echo radio back in the building after a week off the airwaves - kicking things off with an hour of upfront material including the first release on the new Crazylegs label 'Oni' by Ziro, some sunshine tinged House music from Bori, the Wiley sampling banger from Joonipah in the shape of 'Noti' and some very intricate sonics from Hitcha.
Transient steps up for the final hour with a murky blend of subterranean techno starting with delicate cuts from Perc & Developer, fragments of percussion are bounced throughout the mix via the delay pedal plugged into the mixer giving the listener a tense, claustrophobic trip that passes through the broken greyscale textures of Beneath, Ruff Draft and Kowton, moving on to the industrial club constructions of MPIA3 and Sunil Sharpe. The mix ends with some of the music that originally inspired the journey, tuff Dub cuts from Henry & Louis and Scientist - get immersed in the echo chamber.
